Experience
Received a 30 on ACT. I worked on a Navajo reservation for a year, teaching 4th graders subjects such as reading, writing, math, science, and history. I was also in charge of the "Save the Children" after-school program where I taught remedial reading to students from grades 3-5. I have previously worked as a free-lance writer, writing nutritional articles for a health website. I would like to be a tutor because, although I am no longer a teacher, I enjoy teaching and helping others.
